Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Customer must provide a valid shipping address. If shipment was not delivered due to incorrect address, customer will be responsible for any additional charges and fees

In stock orders may take up to four (4) business days to process and ship.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Tracking information is sent via email upon shipment. To check order status, see the Order Status Page. Please use the tracking/delivery confirmation number provided in the shipment notification email.

Your package can potentially be rescheduled or re-routed at an additional charge depending on the carrier handling the delivery.

Contact Us immediately if your package was lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.

 

Returns

All returns must be coordinated with Novelties & Beyond, Inc. Please contact customer service for RMA# as we cannot receive the return without it. When exchanging an item, the new item will not be shipped until the old item is received.

ALL returns/exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fees. Return period is 14 days from delivery date.

All items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included, e.g., instruction manuals, accessories, additional components.

If you received a wrong item or item was damaged during shipping please Contact Us immediately for assistance.

Note:

Novelties & Beyond, Inc. requires the return of all promotional items and/or gifts included with your purchase, including free gift certificates with purchase. In addition,

Novelties & Beyond, Inc. is currently unable to accept partial returns on kits or on any bundled goods. If a complete return is not received, Novelties & Beyond, Inc. reserves the right to charge an additional fee to send the package back to the customer.

It is recommended that customers insure packages for their full value as Novelties & Beyond, Inc. is not responsible for returned merchandise until signed for at our warehouse. Therefore, customers are responsible in cases where a returned package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Charges associated with returning items to Novelties & Beyond, Inc. are the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong item was shipped. 

Once a return is received by Novelties & Beyond, Inc, the Returns department will process the RMA according to our Return Policy. If the item is not defective, broken, incorrect, or if the customer misused the merchandise, Novelties & Beyond, Inc. reserves the right to charge the customer's account the return shipping fees or refuse the return.

 

Refunds

Refunds are unable to be issued until the eligible merchandise has been received, evaluated and processed by our Returns Team.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
